Help your dog celebrate in season and all year long in style with this fun, cute, red bandana adjustable collar. It's the perfect accessory for any time that your wanting a fun splash of color to accessorize with! This collar is made from 4 layers each, high quality fabric and lining material, and is triple stitched for extra strength at all the stress points. The adjustable contoured buckle will provide a comfortable fit for your dog. I love the color code idea, my only issue is that the Dog Scouts of America (possibly the best dog organization!) uses red for their bandanas. In order for a dog to earn the title of Dog Scout, they & their owner must pass a multi-day test showing responsible behaviors at both ends of the leash. The Dog Scout is then awarded the red bandana to showcase their achievement. Within the organization, we use yellow & rainbow colored bandanas to convey spatial issues to others (yellow for dog/dog & rainbow for dog/people).You can't go wrong with this dog collar in a classic simple bandana print in red.

All my Rescue Me dog collars are handmade. Each one is individually measured and then hand cut. I've used cotton quilting fabric over webbing. There are several different images on the fabric and because of natural pattern variations your collar may appear different than the one pictured. The fabric is pinned onto polypropylene (poloypro) webbing. This is a great webbing for dog collars because, of all the choices, it is the least likely to cause an allergic reaction in your dog. It is also the fastest drying and unlikely to harbor molds or bacteria. Then each item is sewn by me using my sewing machine, and all hardware securely placed. The collar pictured here has been made with 1 inch wide base webbing.

I use welded steel for strength and durability. Each collar has doubly reinforced box stitching to secure the hardware and ensure lasting use. Complimentary or contrasting stitching completes each look.

I use very high quality plastic side release buckles and slides for your convenience and your dog's comfort. If you would like another buckle color just ask at check out. We have black, white, light blue, dark blue, red, pastel pink, hot pink, hunter green, olive green, tan, brown, cream, purple, & orange!

Please measure your dog carefully before ordering since I am unable to accept returns on most orders. See our shop policies for further information. Our high quality adjustable collars with quick-release buckles have beautiful and unique patterns. The collar is soft durable and is made of sturdy nylon webbing. Features Type - Dog Collar Color - Red Design - Bandana Size - Extra Small 1/2 in. wide...It’s going to require a massive public relations campaign and not just word of mouth. I’ve been involved in dogs for decades and had no idea a red collar/bandana/ribbon meant the dog needed additional space. Our local government wanted to pass a law requiring day-glo orange collars on dogs deemed “dangerous”, except that hunters use that color to make their dogs more visible. My dogs have always worn traditional red and blue bandanas because I like the way they look. Some of my current dog’s neck scarves are red designs.
