Hey everyone, this post was written prior to us having to put our bullmastiff (our dog featured in this post) over a month ago. I wrote this post for a wonderful brand and it would be a shame to not share it with you. Hope you enjoy….our pup sure did :). We are like many of you, our pets are like our children. We have two horses, two dogs and of course, my grandfather’s new cat Sophie. Our dogs are short haired and shed a few times a year. Our big guy is a bullmastiff and our little girl is a boxer. They are cutie pies! I love when we get to do fun blog projects around our dogs and I was so excited when, FURminator® Professional Pet Care Products, makers of the FURminator® tools reached out to see if we would be interested in trying their new grooming products for dogs.

Flea Comb: Don’t let the name fool you, this comb is not just used to find fleas. This small, fine toothed comb is one of the best tools for “carding” or pulling out dead hair and undercoat. The small size of these combs make them perfect for dogs that are skittish around having their face combed. The combs can be easily palmed and with a practiced slight of hand, the dog is unaware that your are combing the gunk from their beard until you’re almost done. These combs are also the perfect size for getting in-between the pads and detailed grooming around sensitive areas like the anus. At a few dollars a pop, keeping one of these in your toolbox is a no brainer Pink 2 Tray Storage Box Ideal As DIY Tool Box, Horse / Dog Grooming Box FREE P+P | eBay £14.75.
